Vince and Laura helped us out and were both very knowledgeable about bikes, trails, accessories, safety, racks, you name it. They took the time to find items within my price range and that fit me perfectly. I was able to try on several helmets and test drive the bike that was recommended. They gave us time to browse/ discuss and without pushing the "sale". I'm excited for the weather to warm up and take my new bike out for a real ride!

The staff at 7Mile Cycles is GREAT! I brought my bike in for a tune-up and in the process, John helped me with some accessories I needed. Laura and Vince made sure that I got exactly what I needed (type of tune-up; loading my bike inside the car, rather than on my bike rack so it wouldn't get dirty from the snowy weather, etc.). I feel like 7 Mile Cycles is my "neighborhood bike shop" and when I take my bike there, I'm always assured of a great experience.

I was looking at road bikes 🚴 and stopped into 7 Mile Cycles. Laura helped me learn a ton about the different styles and had me try several different bikes (seat adjustments and pumped up at least 4-5 bikes) which was really appreciated. This was my first road bike so I didn’t know much about them but ended up finding a nice used bike for a good price. She also advised and helped me set up a new phone holder, pedals and safety lights which was really appreciated. I’d highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for any type of bike. Their staff is super helpful and friendly.

New bike purchase: Kate, Laura and Vince were awesome! They answered all my questions, were very knowledgeable and friendly! They even went beyond to help with my old bike rack. They were able to get the bike ready in minutes and then went over everything about it ( as my previous bike was 20 yrs old and quite different). Drove 30 mins to get there because their reviews were great and have a ton in stock. Will definitely be going back!
